Questions We Hear Often

An SL track follows the natural curve of your spine from the neck all the way down through the glutes and upper hamstrings, giving you a longer and more continuous massage path than a standard L track. This design is especially well suited for anyone who holds tension in the lower back or the tops of their legs. If full-length coverage matters to you, an SL track chair is a strong place to start.

Zero gravity is a reclined position in which your knees are raised to roughly the same level as your heart, distribbing your body weight more evenly across the chair. This posture is designed to support a sense of reduced pressure along the spine, which many people find makes the massage feel deeper and more comfortable. Most chairs in our collection include one or more zero gravity reclining stages.

Most full-size massage chairs need a few feet of clearance behind them to recline fully, so we recommend measuring the intended wall-to-chair distance before your order arrives. A general guideline is to allow at least 12 to 18 inches of space behind the chair in its upright position, though each model has its own specifications listed on the product page. Taking a few minutes to plan the placement makes for a much smoother setup experience.

We offer 30-Day Returns, so if your massage chair does not feel like the right fit once it arrives, you are welcome to initiate a return within that window. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details on the process, eligibility, and next steps. We want your experience to feel as easy and reassuring as the chair itself.

About Our Massage Chairs

A massage chair is designed to bring the experience of professional bodywork into the comfort of your own home, on your own schedule, without ever having to book an appointment. At their core, these chairs use a combination of rollers, airbags, heat, and recline technology to move along the back, shoulders, neck, legs, and feet in patterns that mimic the feel of manual massage techniques. They are a thoughtful fit for anyone who spends long hours at a desk, carries tension through the shoulders and lower back, or simply values having a dedicated space at home to decompress at the end of the day. When choosing a massage chair, it is worth considering the track length, which determines how much of your body the rollers can reach, the number of massage dimensions for depth and movement variation, whether zero gravity reclining is important to you, and how the chair fits within your living space both in size and in aesthetic. A well-chosen massage chair becomes less of a purchase and more of a daily ritual.
