Questions We Hear Often
Unlike traditional steam saunas that heat the surrounding air to high temperatures, infrared saunas use carbon or ceramic heating panels to emit radiant warmth that gently surrounds you. This means you can enjoy a deeply relaxing heat experience at lower ambient temperatures, which many people find more comfortable for longer sessions. It is a quieter, more personal kind of warmth — well suited to a home environment.
Most home infrared saunas are designed with compact footprints that fit comfortably in a spare room, master bathroom, garage, or wellness corner. One-person models are especially space-efficient, while two-person designs offer a shared retreat experience without requiring a dedicated room. We recommend measuring your intended space and reviewing each product's dimensions before purchasing to make sure it feels just right in your home.
Most home infrared saunas are engineered for straightforward assembly using panel-and-latch or tongue-and-groove construction that fits together without specialized tools. The process is designed to be manageable for the customer at home, typically requiring only a couple of hours and a second pair of hands. Each sauna arrives with an assembly guide to walk you through each step.
We offer Free Shipping on Most Orders Within the Continental U.S. (Excludes AK/HI), so your sauna arrives without added freight surprises. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our 30-Day Return Policy gives you time to feel confident in your purchase — please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on the process.
About Our Infrared Saunas
An infrared sauna is a home wellness space designed to surround you in gentle, penetrating radiant heat using low-EMF carbon or ceramic heating panels built into the walls. Unlike conventional steam rooms, the warmth works at more comfortable ambient temperatures, making it easier to settle in, breathe naturally, and spend meaningful time in stillness. Infrared saunas are well suited to anyone looking to create a consistent relaxation ritual at home — whether that means a quiet wind-down after a long day or a calm morning reset before the world gets busy. When choosing a model, it is worth considering the number of occupants you would like to accommodate, the natural materials used in construction, EMF output levels, and the quality of integrated features such as lighting, audio, and digital controls. A well-chosen sauna becomes less a piece of equipment and more a room you look forward to returning to — a corner of your home set aside entirely for rest, warmth, and the pleasure of slowing down.
